Browning Gold 12ga
I recently posted that I was in the market for a shotgun for myself for my retirement. Well I looked at a few LGS and found a Browning Gold 12 ga. It dates to 1999. I'd say not shot at all of if so very little. There is not a smudge, scratch, marr or mark anywhere on this gun. Came with the box, chokes, manuals, wrench and 2 stock shims. It's been cold so I haven't gotten it out yet but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna like it. 680$ out the door including taxes. I looked at the new Citori but didn't want to spend that kind of money.

Sounds like you got a keeper. Browning doesn't make those in 12ga any longer, only 10ga. Friend of mine in Idaho has what you bought and loves that Gold. So, I'd say you did rather well. And a very good price.

Nice shotgun , I wish Browning wouldn't have discontinued it in 12ga. .
