I came across this (currently ongoing) podcast series by Ryan Anderson over on Target Talk. If you want to know Ryan's credentials, listen to the first podcast

The ones that have been most helpful to me is the episode on Shot Rejection (#5) and emotional regulation (#7).

If you are working with juniors (or like me, working to get better) I think this is a great resource.

Love the idea; I listen to other podcasts while I multitask.

Can you download just the audio? I did not see a download link.

Your browser probably needs a download add-on utility.
I mostly use Foxfire/Waterfox and Opera.
All have good ones for downloading podcasts and youtube stuff.
