Course / Student Tracking "App" ??
If any of you are an NRA instructor or a teacher of any sort, I'd like to know if you can point me toward any Access or Libre Office Base databases for keeping track of student data and courses, by date, student enrollment, and pass/fail or point score grades.
Thanks for any help. Time for me to come out of the Stone Age.

Apologies as I’m not a big Access user, but couldn’t you use some spreadsheet software that allows multiple sheets? I guess the question is how often you plan to be searching the database versus just using it as a digital record.

I could use a spreadsheet. I could also just keep all the registration slips in a transfile box. I've just gotten to a place in life where I would like to be using the right tool for the job and, in this case, a spreadsheet is not the right tool. A relational database is.

I think MySQL is one of the most popular open source database software packages (I did a semester of database management for my graduate degree), but some others:
