45 acp ammo prices?
Hi.
I have been "all over" the internet, and it looks like the supply of 45 a.c.p. FMJ is easing up...still a long way to go. I have seen prices, not including shipping, for a box of 50 at $23.99 to 27.99. I am not going to discuss those at higher prices. I am new to 45 a.c.p. shooting, as I have always had 9mm, but can somebody tell me if these prices that I have quoted are still high....say higher than 2 years ago before the "shortage"? Also, do you see the prices coming down, and if so what is your best guess? Thanks. |

I can find 45ACP in stores near me for $20 a box. Online isn't always your best bet.

Found some at my local Walmart for 100 rounds of Winchester white box for $40 and change. Three box limit. Supply seems to be trickling back into the stores...
