Colt 10mm Target value?

Colt 10mm Target. Blue, with factory adjustable sights and pebbled wrap around rubber grips. 1 magazine and in need of at least a recoil spring and a sear spring. Finish is 90%. # of rounds through the barrel unknown.

Any idea of a value? The gun shop wants $789, which seems high, although rarity may play into it some?
