Help ! with Bushnell's ONIX 200CR GPS

Bought the Bushnell GPS that is the first that lets you see where you are with actual satellite PHOTOGRAPHS as well as conventional topo maps.

Trouble is their 800 help line is always busy.
Anyone know how the download the topo and satellite maps from their website? The directions with this unit both in the manual and website is the worst I ever saw.

Also, the attitude is off by 3000 ft.

Any help greatly appreciated
