in the death of a 17 year old driver who backed into his car.

The shooters car had a bumper sticker: "Gun control means hitting your target."

This guy is going to prison.

I see this happening more frequently. Just because you have a gun does not mean you have to use it. It was not a life and death situation, I hope he gets life but since I am a Texan I hope he gets the syringe.

Too much conjecture. The shooter's account claims a grab was made for his gun. One of the dead man's "friends" has a totally different account. The courts needs to handle this. I certainly hope that people involved will tell the truth when under oath.

If this shooting had occurred in Florida. Weiss would be given his gun back and sent on his way. But
For Weiss. He'll likely be locked up behind bars in Still Water Prison for quite sometime.

I’m a bit fuzzy as to how the confrontation even started. The story says a car hit a sewer grate and the other driver pulled up to that car. The. The car that hit the grate then backed into the other car?
