Zero Tolerance Policies are a PC way of saying, "Your right to Due Process is being revoked."

What harm could it possible do to anyone for her to talk about a "bubble gun".
It's the g-word. Pretty soon everybody will have to say "g-word." It will make for funny soundbites when the politicians have to talk about "g-word control."

It sounds like we need a purchasing waiting period and mandatory registration for Hello Kitty Bubble Guns!

Now kid gets in trouble for putting toy soldiers on cupcakes and bringing them to school. Principal must have felt they could come to life and charge the school.....http://www.wnd.com/2013/03/school-co...s/?cat_orig=us

I guess when my Halloween costume was as an MP with a realistic plastic 1911, billy club and helmet - I was a 3rd grade threat to humanity.

The 1911 was neat. You pulled the trigger and a plastic bullet went about 3 feet.

Why, I might have grown up to like guns or something like that?

Finally a little sanity. A Maryland lawmaker is introducing a bill to prevent schools from punishing kids for kid type actions. I hope this becomes a model for other states.

There's talk about the pop tart "gun" involving Idaho. Is there anything to it?
