Wideners very slow to ship
I ordered 2 M57's from them on the 15th. The payment cleared my bank with lightning speed! But guess what they Just shipped my guns out today. I had to call them to find this out! I'm not a happy camper right now. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM! I should have stuck with J&G Heck they can get stuff to me from ARIZONA to SC in 3 days!!!!!

I ordered one and got it in about a week. Very nice pistol. Thought I'd order another, and I got a bum M57 from them. It had several broken internals. On Monday Mar 14th I ordered another one. On Tuesday I shipped the broken one back to Wideners and it arrived there on Thursday. I haven't rec'd credit back on that one.
My credit card was charged for the replacement on Mar 15th. A tracking number was sent to me but it doesn't show any activity. I sent an email yesterday asking for an update, but haven't rec'd a response, guess I'll call them today. No doubt they will ultimately come thru. But it would be nice to know where the shipment is at. There sure are better communicators out there among suppliers! |

WOW, a broken pistol? Most mil surp suppliers at least do a function test on their firearms before shipment. I got that same email with a USPS tracking number and it also shows NO activity. When I called Wideners yesterday I asked if I would receive another tracking number and the guy on the phone knew nothing about such tracking number. He in fact said that they didn't send out tracking numbers. I assured him that I had one in front of me. I just figured since this place was only 230 miles from my house that I would give them a try and get my stuff super fast LOL, NOT! I'll stick with J&G they have been pretty awesome.
