In the context of the U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding the Affordable Care Act, affirming that the Federal Government can mandate that individuals buy a product or service like health insurance, would the same U.S. Supreme Court uphold an individual mandate requiring all adults (eligible by Federal Law) to buy a gun for self defense?

I think we should assume the philosophical merits of what the OP is asking rather than what would and would not likely happen.
