Bravo Concealment

I have a few different products from them and all are well made and extremely functional. One of my holsters, a kydex OWB, was cut a little close to the mag release. It was never a problem until I gained 5 pounds and that caused the mag release to activate when doing a lot of moving around. I contacted Rene at Bravo and explained my situation and offered a solution.

I had planned on ordering soft loops to convert the OWB into a IWB, they run about $16 with shipping. I floated the idea they could send me the belt loops and I could just fix the holster myself, saving both of us time and money. Not only did Bravo agree to send the belt loops, they also offered to fix the holster free of charge as well. I declined and insisted on fixing myself. If you are looking for an excellent holster that's backed by exceptional customer service, check out Bravo.
