I hear tell the new 37's are very well made now...getting their QC in order. I love the looks of that shotgun.

I have shot one of the new model's and they perform very well indeed.

The pre-war pictured, is it yours?

Not mine. I wish! All I know is that it's the older Ithaca Model 37...before they began making them again. Pulled the photo from a download I kept when I was researching the Ithaca 37s. You guys probably know much more about 'em than I do.

But ya, you both pinned down the make/model pretty darned fast.
