Richmond VA Gunsmith Recommendations?

Would like to hear recommendations for gunsmiths in Richmond, VA area. Looking for someone to mount a scope properly. Don't want the teenager at the gun store to charge me $10 and guess at how to collimate, or wonder how to use a torque wrench. I'd like someone with real experience who won't put a scratch on the rifle or scope.

Mr. Young should be able to do a good job for you. His shop is old and dusty, but his skills are not.

Thank you for recommendations. I've looked for Mr. Young's phone or address on the internet but could not find an exact match. Any ideas on his phone or exact city (i.e. Glen Allen, Mechanicsville)?

He has several ranges on the property too. I think it is under the name Blackwater or Blackcreek shooting range? If you can't find it check with Joe Johnson at Degoff's Firearms in Mechanicsville for the number. He shoots SASS at Youngs.

I don't know the mailing address offhand, but it's a few miles north of the airport.
