Aftermarket grips for a Redhawk

Anyone have any suggestions as to where to go or a good buy of grips for a Redhawk that are similar to the style on the Alaskan? Or any combat style rubber grip for that matter. I realize the grip's frame doesn't lend itself well to interchanging or variety.

Similar to? Why not just use the Alaskan grips? That's assuming you can yet buy them without a gun attached, of course.

I thought that somebody posted, recently, that the Alaskan has the same grip shape as the RH, and in the "Alaskan" thread below, Socrates has posted some pics of the reverse swap.

Unless the Super RH is different, in which case I am all wet. For the first time in my life

After market grips for a Redhawk?

Are the grips on a Super Redhawk not HOGUE?

I believe the Super Redhawk grip frame is shaped a bit differently than the Redhawk and I'm not sure that the Alaskan grips will fit as a result.

Gripframes are totally different on the regular Redhawk and the Super Redhawk, NO grips interchange between the two.
The Alaskan is built on the Super frame, its Hogue rubber grip will not fit a standard Redhawk.
Check with Hogue on availability of the new rubber Bantam grip they designed for the new four-inch Redhawk. Best I've seen yet by anybody to fit a standard Redhawk gripframe. They're not shown on the website yet, call & ask about 'em.

Redhawk .44 mag. If you're interested, shoot me an e-mail at [email protected].

I currently own five Redhawks

They wear Pachmayr Decelerators.

I use them for IPSC, fired DA.
I have a set of Hogues I don't use.....
