Need input on Value of Springfield Armory Loaded Micro-Compact .45 Operator w/Light Rail [PC9802LP]

Guys I inherited this gun among tons of others from father in law.
It’s never been fired.
Its in mint condition
I have several 1911s right now and looking to offload a few.
But this one eludes me. From what I can tell in 2013 they stopped
Production on the Micro Compacts. I can’t even find this thing used for sale on other sites. So need input. Last one I see sold online was used and sold $950 in private sell in PA.

youtube review of the gun itself:

I found this on some other SA 1911's for sale:
Scan down the page for a Micro Compact 45 Operator

I have no idea how old or new this page is...

https://www.pmulcahy.com/pistols/us_...pringfield.htm

Here is Guns Classified Springfield Armory:

https://www.gunsinternational.com/gu...c109_p1_o6.cfm

Guns & Ammo Magazine has a section where people write in just like your case..
I got such and such gun from my relative serial #..
Looking for some information on the gun and what it is worth.
Never been fired etc...etc...
Who knows maybe they will actually review it and give a price range.

I would also think that there is a specific "Springfield Armory Forum" better suited to your question.

Such as:

https://forums.1911forum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=29

https://www.gunandgame.com/forums/sp...ld-armory.169/

Good Luck with your search...
