I am not a lawyer, but this constitutional amendment looks like it could be used to ban all semi-auto long guns CAPABLE of holding 10 rounds. Accused of using NRA scare tactics I will say BAWN is using EveryTown/MomsDemand scare tactics. |

I never expected amendment 4 would get over 70% but it did.
