Any .400 Corbon shooters here?

I was considering getting a .400 CB drop-in barrel for one of my .45's, but am having a hard time justifying the costs involved with new dies, cases, bullets, etc..

Any .400 Corbon shooters here?

ps▬is it true that 10rd Glock mags work best for feeding & functioning in .400 CB G21's?

400

I picked up a dropin 400 CorBon barrel for one of my 1911s. I wanted a cartridge that would shoot flatter at 100 yards than a .45.
THe .400 does that. The best way to use the gun is by reloading your own ammo. You can make cases out of .45 ACP brass but Starline .400 CB brass works better.

It looks like very few companies stock .400 CB ammunition. I wonder if handloading this would be a pita because of the bottleneck case and seemingly short neck

Aren't there any other .400 CB shooters/loaders here?

HAVE loaded tens of thousands of rounds for three 400C/B pistols. It is no more of a problem than any other bottleneck case. Matter of fact now that I think about it, it is NO problem atall.
