Blade Tech Nano. See https://www.ebay.com/itm/TAGUA-by-BL...UAAOSwbl9dvzm6

j-frame is listed in the drop down. Should fit the Charter Arms snub.

----edit to add---

I say that because on of my j-frame holsters, the Galco Triton, also lists for for Charter Undercover, for the exact same model. When I sold off my Undercover and replaced it with a 642, it dropped right in, no adjustment needed.

Cheep = Mexican Carry with a Mexican Shoestring Holster .
Do a search on both terms . ...Wait , maybe NOT
Maybe you should consider pocket carry ... Mexican Carry and Shoestring Holster are not your safest form of carry ...

Better yet ...just wait for the leather one to be made .

Sometimes Cheep just isn't the proper/safest way to go ... your going to have a loaded gun shoved down your pants... guess who gets hurt when it accidentally goes off !

Kydex for IWB isn't always the most comfortable.

Here are a couple . . .

A loaded Charter is extremely unlikely to go off in a pocket or anywhere else without a finger pulling the trigger.
