What to do with this?

I am restoring my 1903a3 - that's the good news.

The bad news is I have this nice stock and don't know what to do with it:

Suggestions?

I was thinking about turning it into another shooter.

You need to sell it to me for a decent price so that I can restore my 1903A3 to military configuration....

Seriously...

Interested in selling it?

I have the upper handguard and the iron, I just need a stock that won't bankrupt me.

Mike - Not looking to sell it; was looking for suggestions.

I was thinking about putting a lighter-type caliber barreled action in it, since it has a straight stock.

Restore it as best you can !!

Well, don't normally start with the stock, on restoration work but what the heck. I had a sporter that was not messed up too bad. Sold the sporter stock and then restored it to near original. My supplier was even able to match the arsenal parts. Parts are not all that hard to find. I had to put out more money than what I started with but it got restored and now, worth more and it's a joy to shoot ....

Be Safe !!!

Just the stock? I would sell it and put the funds towards something else that I had more parts for. For me, I need an action before I get too worked up about parts. But that's me, you may feel like there's enough there to start a project!
