Where to find gun laws?
I am looking for some good, up-to-date information regarding gun laws in the state of Missouri.
I found a good write-up from the NRA-ILA website, but its dated September of 2007, and Im sure a few things may have changed since then. http://www.nraila.org/statelawpdfs/MOSL.pdf Thats what Ive been getting my information from. I just didnt know if theres a better source or not. Im looking for printed material, because I may get mixed information depending on who I talk to as far as law enforcement goes. Based on what I read there, I carry my handgun in my vehicle in an un-concealed state. I would like to know for sure that its fine to do so. |

Gun Laws
A local attorny wrote a book " Indiana Handgun Laws" By Brian Ciyou.
Point being it took two years of research. As I recall he stated it was difficult secondary to the various laws being scatered through the system. So I assume other states are simmilar that leash laws and parking regulations are mixed up. I wonder if there is a purpose to that? Na. |

May I suggest www.handgunlaw.us
The stay fairly up to date and have links to the state lesilature sites. To double check go to www.carryconcealed.com or .net, ahh google it. Good reciprocity maps and an easy to view but not always complete site.

www.handgunlaw.us is a great choice. Even then, if in question, perhaps call the AG of the state to get any confusion cleared up.
