contents of inner case neck lube ?

I have been wondering what this stuff is made of other than the
dry flake stuff. Since it goes on wet and then dries so that
there is no oil to contaminate the powder.

Could it be wax that is dissolved in a solvent that evaporates ?
I cant think of anything else besides soap.

If I knew the names and brands of some it could be looked
up in the federal MSDA Material Safety Data Sheets for
use in case someone drinks some of this stuff

I think I've seen a ground mica compound as well as the graphite.

I've not seen any liquid that evaporates or anything like that, but powdered mica in alchohol would do that.
