Nickel Spiller and Burr?
I noticed that Pietta lists/shows a nickel Spiller and Burr on their website.
They actually say "3 models" of it...so, do you think there is a chance that one of them might be a steel framed one? I did have to email them to see. I'd love one in steel. They are shoot'n little son's of guns. I wish cylinders weren't so expensive.

I would bet they are BRASS, as the originals.

A steel-framed Spiller & Burr is a Whitney.
The Whitney .36 repro has been available in the past, mostly as a kit. Not too many of them around, though. I've owned two, one I built from a Dixie Gun Works kit and the other already put together.

I just got an email back from Allesandro.
He stated that these are the nickel ones that are plated, and no one currently imports them. Also he said Quote:
