I heard about it this morning, but nothing had made the news yet.
Bob was an inspiring character, and through appearances in mainstream venues like the History channel, he did a great deal to expose the sport to a wider audience.

It's a shame to loose the man and his talents. There'll be big shoes to wear to replace him for sure. RIP Bob.

Very sad to hear this.
I had always wanted to leave him one of my guns to do a complete action job on. He didnt live that far away and I'd often gone over to his area in Montana in the summer. I'd never gotten around to doing so. Life is so short. Rest in Peace Bob. |

I was sorry to hear about Bob Munden, he was a great shooter and showman.

Love him or hate him, he will never be replaced. I used to love watching him on impossible shots. I never got tired of the things he could do with that .45. By the way, in his memory, could we bend the rules and go ahead and move this to the revolver forum?
