Engraving NFA Lower

Does my Registered NFA Lower for my AR have to be engraved with my name or my Trust Name?

The name on the form 1 is the name that must be on the gun.

If you made it as an individual, your name goes on it. If your trust owns it and you SBRed it as a trustee, the trust's name goes on it.

Engraving for SBR

If It was made by a firearms manufacturer, with their name on it and bought thru a class three dealer, does that still apply?

If you bought it as a SBR (it is on a form 4), you don't need to engrave anything.
