marlin model 60 barrel replacement
I feel stupid. Is there a trick to get the barrel seperated from the action? I took it down to clean and I have a new replacement barrel for it, but cannot get the old one out. Help!!

screw on the bottom
It should have a screw on the bottom of the reciever just under the barrel. This is the barrel retainer screw. Remove it and the barrel should pull free.
