40 S&W loads

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if these are safe loads. If they are not how should I adjust them. Up or down. They both use 165 X-treme plated 40 bullet. The first is 5.1 HP-38 the second one is 7.3 Power Pistol. Thanks for the help.

Did you get the load data from a reloading manual?

No, none of my manuals have data for plated bullets or for the combination of powder and bullet weight.

I don't know about the HP-38, but I have been using 7.2 gr. of Power pistol under the 165 X-Treme for over a year now. No problems at all, and pretty accurate to.
