AR15 Delta Rings Not Tight Enough!
I have an EOTech mounted on a 4 rail mount on my M4. Problem is that the Delta Ring does not hold the forend on tight enough. The forend can twist a little (less than 1 degree) especially when I have the front vertical forend attached. Does anyone have any suggestions on keeping the forend from rotating? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

Have you tried putting some brass shim underneath the engaged surfaces? It might just give the ring enough to bite on to get tight.

Shims..
..are good advice at this point.
Personally, if a part isn't tight when I buy it, I return it. Shims scare me....At least on any weapon I might be depending on, since I use my M4gery for almost every application. HD, Trunk gun, ranch gun...etc. |

the forend that I have on now is a Samco. However, the original and the GG&G have the same problem. It is not so much the fit and finish that is the problem, I think it is the design in general. I will go out and give a couple shims a try and see if that helps any...

Despite the obvious 'shim-phobia' going on here, they are an accepted engineering practise to tighten things up.

Have you asked this question on AR15.com? They are the mavens on this weapon.

'tis the nature of a standard forend. Try a freefloater with rails.
