Black powder test

Today tested some velocities with my NMA.

Max. velocities for 200 gns Lee bullets were about 1300 fps, and more than 1400 fps for .454 Hornady balls.

This results were achieved with my homemade Holy Black, and absolutely impressed me.

Attached one of the pics of my Chrony I took.

In both cases the load was full chamber leaving enough space to seat the bullet to the limit where the cylinder could cycle, for the 200 gns bullet about 50 grains of HB and for the RB about 55 gns.

Thanks! Anyway I think that I wouldn't need such power in any case so I will keep this loads lower in the future.
