Favorite mini-assault rifle
These things are awesome. Assaultive on the shooter's senses (vision and hearing primarily) and offer far less performance than their fullsized parent, but little Tankers are still pretty cool.

Didn't make enough poll options, would have forgot that one though (maybe fits under AR: Other, with a HK 416 and ZM 300, etc.) I think Robinson's XCR has a SBR version. Left off the HK51 and DSA OSW though they are even more of the same. Left off the XM 8 and SCAR light, all the next biggest in the line even if under 16", barrels comparable to the M4 (FNC 14.3", AMD-65; AUG is tiny at 14" though). Know I forgot a lot of them.
I dig the K-AC-556, Bulgarian Krinkov, Micro Galil, and the Beretta. |

Second choice would be definately 552 Commando. On my list to buy after my russian collection is in and safe

552 cost
It is very hard to find 552 here. But if you do, and I did about two months back, it will cost you about 15-20K.
So I guess if one decides to buy it he must really like it in order fork out that much money on an assualt rifle. For comparison sake an Ak would cost between 500 to 1000 depending on model, etc. Btw krinkov is also up there and costs around 5000, where M16 goes for 2.5K, M4 for 6.5K and AUG for 18K! Hmmm....yes another one...G3 will cost around 1200-1600. |
