Help!! Star Super B extractor pin.
I brought my Star Super B 9mm to the range over the weekend and after about 80 rounds the extractor, extractor spring, and extractor retaining pin fell out of the gun. Fortunately, I was able to find the extractor and spring, but the retaining pin is no where to be found. I have searched the interweb and I cannot find this pin anywhere. Any recommendations, or resources that will help save this pistol from becoming a wall hanger is appreciated.

Use a set of drill bits estimate the pin diameter. And make a pin out of spring steel stock.

You can make a proper size pin by chucking a small nail into a drill, and filing it to proper diameter.

Bill,
If I cannot find an original pin, I will consider this option. Thank you for the suggestion. Jace |
