Czech refurb VZ 24?

M father just bought what he was told is a recent czech refurbished vz 24. the crest has been removed. the stock, bolt and serial number all match. but the bolt looks electro penciled on. would appreciate if anyone has info on these being refurbished and can help me tell the year and value of the rifle. thank you.
BTW the numbers are UR6471 all the way around. Tried to post pic of the bolt but ran into max number of pictures. but like i said it looks electro penciled to match.

Nice looking 24. These bring a pretty good price on Gunbroker, $250 to $350.

This is a Yugo M24/52C, a re-arsenaled vz24. I paid $260 for it a year ago.
