Ok forum so this will be my first time firing my ruger p95.
My question is how many rounds should I put through it in one range session? |

The Ruger P95 is a nice carry gun. Like most, it needs a little break-in. 200 rounds or more should do it. Don't be too alarmed it you get a stove pipe or two before it is completely broken in. Start with 115 gr. FMJ for at least 200 rounds before trying any JHP. Then see what brand of JHP works the best for you.
The trigger is not what I would call crisp. It is kind of mushy and will probably take some getting used to before you shoot accurately with it.

I forgot to mention that you probably should clean and then lightly oil the pistol before you shoot it.
