Home Made Bow Deer

http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/...attach/jpg.gif

Some 14 year old boy was suppossed to have killed this deer in Wisconsin, with a home made bow, while stalking through a corn field. I'd say, a pretty good deer.

Is this thread a joke?

This deer has been dead since 2006, killed in Adams County, Ohio.

It was sent to me on my e-mail. Don't have any other details on it, and don't know when it was shot. When and where doesn't make much difference to me, still a great deer.

Wild Bill,

It's an amazing buck. It was killed by an Amish man in Adams County, Ohio. The hunter is never shown with his kill.

Check this out:

Amish are not allowed to have there pictures taken. Something about it is degrading to the family. That is what the old guys next door say. We have loads of Amish families here in southern Indiana. When their boys shoot deer they bring them down to the General Store to check in.
