Mossberg return

I bought a mossberg 695 bolt action via private sale , the reciever has a crack. the guy MAY give me my money back but in case he's a douche, can I ship it to mossberg, not sure if there service applies to a second owner

Call Mossberg customer service or shoot them a email and ask them, If they fix it for free you will have a nice gun and if they say no try to get your money back.

Mossberg's customer service isn't bad, but it may take awhile.

I emailed them about a month ago and they emailed me recently, sending me a part for free.

the reciever has a crack in it where the barrel threads in,
looks like the gunsmith got alittle frisky with the barrel wrench at the factory
