Need help with Mossy 500!

How do I get the magazine tube off? Shells are getting hung up inside when I cycle the action...I touch the shell w/ my fingernail and it jumps into place. It's getting stuck on something...usually happens when I've got one or two shells in the tube, and I think I need to clean it. The manual doesn't help. Suggestions?

loosen the screw that holds the barrel to the end of the mag tube. Take the barrel off. Unscrew the mag tube from the receiver. Should come off with hand pressure. One of the things I love about the 500's.
