Reflex sights for a Beretta U-22 NEOS,,,

I know nothing about the reflex type of sights for handguns,,,
I'm not even sure that the term "reflex" is correct.

So here is my dilemma,,,
I have a NEOS I want to put an optic on,,,
I see this one advertised on the Cabela's website,,,
Does anyone have any advise for me on whether this would work on my NEOS.

The NEOS has a 3/4" Weaver style mounting base,,,
I can't tell from the ad whether this would even fit the gun.

I would appreciate any advice, recommendations, general info, specific info, or just plain opinion you folk might have for me.

Thanks,,,

LOL I think a half dozen different manufacturers sell that VERY SAME SIGHT. Somebody must make the dang things and everybody stamps their names on them. The one I bought was from Academy and was a BSA brand. About $60. It is mounted on my U22 right now. Works fine for a cheap sight.

However, I like this one better:

I got it at Academy also. It is smaller than the average big ugly red dot unit and has an itty-bitty dot. Very precise. Also the brightness goes to 11 and is bright enough for super-sunny days. Something I can NOT say for the reflex sight.
