Remington Nylon 66: disassembly/reassembly instructions
new to the Forums.
Might such instructions be available ?? Bought my Nylon 66 new in 1972, shot a bazillion rounds through it .... maybe it's time to take it apart and give it a thorough cleaning. Cheers and Thanks, Carl |

Just be careful - there's a few springs in there that could give you fits upon reassembly. I took mine apart 20 years ago and it took me all day to get it back together. (Proper tools might have saved me a little time?) A complete tear down really isn't necessary - and you will come to realize that if you do completely disassemble that puppy.

yessir, that's why to this day it's never been fully disassembled: I knew there were some trouble spots inside there....

Great Website for Nylon rifles, this is the link to the documents section, but you should check out all areas. |
