Outnumbered !
A 50-year old hunter ed. student, preparing join some buddies in Colorado, told me about the following last weekend:
It seems a bow hunter there had hit his spot and waited the requisite hour before tracking a nice elk. Upon arrival, in heavy cover, what did he find? 3 bears who had got to it first! And what did the bow hunter do next? ... RAN like a deer though the woods! Game warden who he told story to said that drought has the bears exceptionally hungry this year ... |
