Best non-electronic earmuffs
I usually use just earplugs but have been told I should double up. I recently rented a pair (pro ears but don't know model) at the range. It didn't fit too well over my glasses and wasn't that much better than just wearing the plugs.
I found 2 that are made by Peltor. Peltor H10A professional 29db Peltor Ultimate 30db both on Amazon for the same price. Which one do you guys recommend? Any others in the $20-$30 price range that are much better as far as comfort, quality, and noise elimination? |

I use the Peltor Ultimate 10. They are effective and comfortable. I actually have 2 sets, mine and the set my father used to use before he quit shooting. I keep one next to the table saw.
From what I've seen and read, the other option seems to be the high-db Howard Leight muffs. |
