Most folks without airgun experience have no idea how powerful they can be.
Even a low powered .177 pistol can be surprisingly effective.

Unless you were using a very tight choke with the regular shotgun rounds, your hanging friend would probably not thank you much.
But the slug round did the trick.
Great shot!
Although better results might be had with a mad sword charge from horseback.

It "sounds" like using a bottle for a silencer rates much like using an oil filter for one on a revolver.
Proof again that movies are mostly fiction.

Nice shot!
That's a tough one with a rifle, let alone a smooth bore.
Good job.
But those first few misses weren't the fault of the gun.
And obviously not the fault of the shooter.
It was probably that your glasses needed cleaning.
