Pre-B CZ-75 Safety Detent Plunger

I am considering having a local machine shop make some safety detent plungers for the pre-B series CZ75s. They will make them, but only in a minimum quantity of 20. I don't need that many, obviously, so I would like to gauge any interest there might be in these. They would cost $15 ea., shipped, and I would only sell them to US buyers. To send such a small part overseas and hope it got there, would not be feasible for me.

Post here, or email me, if you would be interested in any of these. They are an easily lost part(guess how I know) when disassembling a pre-B, are not made any longer by CZ, and don't seem to be available.

That makes a total of eleven spoken for. A few more takers and I'll give the machine shop the go ahead.

Well, I placed the order. When they're finished, I'll take a pic and then start taking orders.

I guess I am mistaking, but doesn't the current 85combat have the same system?

If the 85 plunger interchanged, I'm sure CZ-USA or Miossi Gun Works would be aware of the fact. There are no pre-B safety plungers available from either of them.

The plungers are finished and ready to order. Payment can be PayPal(+4%) or USPS money order. Email me with what you need.

I can't believe that I got a request for these again today! JFI, I'm raising the price to $20, just because I've been sitting on a few for the last seven years, and any money I should have made on them, is long lost.

Just call it an adjustment for inflation. <grin>

Did you let the folks on the CZ Forum know of their availability back in 2006? A number of pre-B owners, there.

I think I posted them there first, Walt. Somebody over there found the post a year or so ago, and bought a couple.

Post again, over there, and you'll probably sell some more. More and more folks own CZs, and they become infatuated with the pre-Bs.

Yeah, this past year a whole slew of Pre-B's were sold on the auction sites by Robertson's trading post. Odds are, more than a few attempted to refinish them, and probably ejected the detent.
