Benchmade Service
I just emailed Benchmade Knfe Company about purchasing a replacement clip for a Griptilian. I recieved a reply in less than five minutes (!) saying that a new clip is on its way at no charge, and thanks for being a customer.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is how customer service is done. I highly recommend the Griptilian series of knives from Benchmade. I have had six of them to date and they have all been outstanding knives. Clay |
