how to go about selling a gun on this forum
i need to get rid of my gun, but i have no idea how to go about it. do i just post it on the buy, sell page or do i have to fill out forms and all that good stuff?

All state/federal laws must be adhered to. that means, you transfer it to the buyers FFL.

First, find an FFL to send it to wherever and ask what his price is. Next, take a digital pic of gun in question and upload pic to a website( I use photobucket.com). Next, go to the trading post or whatever selling forum and post your gun and asking price + the cost of FFL after. YMMV.

List the firearm, don't forget a shipping price. After buyer sends funds and a FFL, you ship to his FFL, unless in state buyer.
