My 7-08 like 120's not 145's. Sorry about that.
Great round though. Most powders do well with it. Try some 4064 or 4895 or maybe Varget. All have worked well in mine.

Not meaning to sound flippant, but “there is no free lunch”. If you want an accurate hand load, you’ve got to do the work. 1. Never trust a load data from people on the internet. Data can be misread and there are such things as typo’s, If yo gut my dirft. If you read from 20 different loading manual, you will be hard pressed to find same load data. Load manuals are only a reference for starting to determine your load. 2. I have worked up loads for almost identical rifles; same make, model, chambering, and very close in serial number. They each liked different loadings. 3. You did not specify which powder, IMR or Hodgdon. Powders from the same manufacturer, having the same number, can be different from batch to batch, as each batch will be a little different. In over 45 years of reloading, I have seen it many times. If you don’t have any manual, they are the best investment you can make. I have manuals from speer and lyman, but they don't list that powder for that bullet weight. I have a bunch of both, so I was wondering if anyone has tried it. I know that I will need to work up the load for my gun, but I am just looking for a starting point.
