Not much is known about this break-open single-shot shotgun pistol. It’s supposedly Chinese and presumed to be homemade.
Burrhead, even your web site called alloutdoor says its Chinese.

Pre WW 2 Diana model 27 air rifle. If I remember correctly it was built around 1927.

It was invented by Chief of ordnance Major General Gen Josian Gorgas. The caliber was 1.25 inches. There were 18 copper lined muzzle chambers on the out side ring and 18 corresponding procession cap nipples on the inner. As the crank was rotated the chambers rotated to line up with the barrel and an inner cam would cause the hammer to hit the percussion cap setting the gun off.

The Salvator Dormus was a heavy machine gun also known as the Skoda M1893. It was Austro Hungarian in origin. I was patented by Archduke Kral Salvator of Austria and Count von Dormus. It was chambered in the 8X50mmR round and fed from an over head magazine. There was a pendulum adjustment in the trigger mechanism that allowed the operator to select the cycle rate of fire, anywhere from 180 to 250 rounds per minute
