WA-
You've got all those overqualified and underutilized gunsmiths up there, how about converting a Redhawk to 357/44 Bains-Davis??? Or a Marlin 1894 to 357/44? Hey, at least I'm staying within your budget!

WA,
Would you be inclined to expand on your requirements to rifles? I have a good one... TuttleletmeknowandI'llpostthelink8

A Japanese Model 14 or 26 DOA revolver is pretty neat looking along with an Iver Johnson Enforcer. Now thats a cool handgun.LOL.
And theirs always a goofy looking FN Browning 1900 Pocket floating around.

How about a Finn Model 28-76?
http://www.empirearms.com/28-76.htm I don't think it's absolutely off the charts weird, but it isn't all that common around our parts of the country.... TuttleI'mjustanamateurcomparedtoyou8

get the golf ball launcher adapter for an AR 15 and try to play a round of golf with it. Best part, make sure you go out with three other guys who can play legitimately. See how long it takes them to throw you off the course.
