Here's one a few people may be interested in, as they both draw a lot of comparisons since being so close in size and, with the growing popularity of the P-07...

That took a lot of time, nicely done.
Thank you.

Refreshing this post with several additions from the last couple of months. Starting off, an XD9 Service and an XDm 9 Compact 3.8 (w/grip sleeve and full-size XDm 9 mag).
Next, the XD 9 Service and an FNS 9. Finally, a couple for the .45 ACP fans; first up is my former Smith and Wesson M&P 45 Full-size (comparable to the M&P 9 LS) and an XDm 9 3.8: Finally, a .45 Sig P320 Compact (Small grip module) and S&W M&P 45 Mid-size (Small palm swell). *Cut me some slack, I've small hands hahaha! I really want a CZ handgun and really like the Steyrs too but I cannot get over how little slide real estate there is. I have large hands and it proves difficult to rack the slide

Cyanide, thanks for renewing my P-07 lust, which was almost in remission.
I've been debating between the Glock 19 and the P-07. There's not a bad choice between the two of them, so it's almost a toss-up. The ultimate answer is probably just to get both. |

Great pics and info. I really envy your selection. Since you had posted pics of the P07 Duty and the newer version with 3 dot sights and thr competition hammer, I was just wondering if you had ever had any issues or any info you would like to share about the older model with the "U" rear sight? I'll be picking mine up in a week or 2, and have heard some people had problems with the older versions, like frame bulge and stuff like that. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Paltares8, never any issues, frame bulge and all, and this is actually one of my primary EDC's. Currently approaching 2k rounds, and the only mods I've done were to replace the plastic "U" rear (and front) with factory metal night sights from CZ, had the smooth spots of the grip stippled, and am currently awaiting it's return from CZ Custom following a very unique modification. Here's a sneak peek at the one noticeable difference from the outside:
Skarekrow88, just train with it until ya have it mastered. Nothin' but a (small) thing. |

This one compares a Glock to a hammer, but of course the hammer has a better grip..
