Smith and wesson 642 UC

There were 4 revolvers manufactured by S&W for exclusive distribution by Lipseys.
The guns were 642UC 38 special in stainless,442UC 38 special blued, 432UC 32 H&R magnum blued and 632UC 32H&R magnum in stainless.
Each gun has XS big dot front sight, VS grips, better trigger and some other enhancements
I purchased a 642UC, trigger is smooth but a bit heavy and I like the big dot front sight.
.

Nice acquisition! I’ll be adding one of the .32 Mag variants to the collection soon myself.

I bought a 432UC, haven't fired it yet.
Waiting on Starline brass to appear--have the rest of the required components standing by.

Real sights are a huge improvement. Good buy OP.

Just ordered a 632 UC today. Should have it by the end of the week!

The sight of the dreaded Hillary Hole kills the desire to own a S&W revolver.

Very sad.

Post 6,
The UC series (632UC, 432UC, 642UC, and 442UC) don't have the internal lock system (ILS) parts. There are other various S&W "Centennial" models which do not have the ILS, too, if that's all which is holding a person back from buying any S&W revolver.

Just an fyi.
