It is a bit premature. We don't have any EO so far, so we don't know if any such EO will overstep existing law.
Edit: The problem being, it will probably play in the media (if at all) as unnecessary grandstanding. When the EOs come out, then if they are as bad as we fear I hope the congressman follows through. I just fear his shot across the bow may create a Boy Who Cried Wolf effect. |

I guess both sides are capable of rhetoric.
Since Mr. Stockman is now in his 11th day in office (the same amount of time his district has been in existence) he can serve as the lightning rod. Certainly no one from his district will disagree with his sentiment.
