S&W L Frame torture test.
In this video they reduced charges until they stuck a bullet in the barrel. Then they fired 2 more further reduced loads. So now there are 3 bullets in the barrel.
The last step is to fire a full power round. I wouldn't have believed the cylinder didn't come apart, but the only damage was a bulged barrel. L Frame torture test |

Was one of those guys named Clark?
I'm not sure what the test proves other than those guys have too much money to spend. By the way, a 1300 fps 125 gr. bullet isn't "hotter than snot", I'd only call it a warm load. I also dislike this sort of testing. |
